Competition for Electrics is Heating up!

Mitsubishi is cutting the price of the i-MiEV to stay competitive with the other Electric Vehicle competition being put out this year, including the Nissan Leaf, Chevy Volt, and other expected entrants.  It looks like these cars are getting more price-competitive once you factor in Government incentives.  What type of incentives do you think will work the best to get people to make the switch to electric/alternative energy?
