EV Charger in Vacaville California!

Once again California shows us how it's done! I just read this article talking about this new charging station that was built in Vacaville. It turns out this it their 45th charging station. I was just reading about how important local and state government is going to be in the new Eaarth we live on, and this seems to be a prime example. I'm going to be doing more research on how he got this program started, and am going to begin putting together a proposal for the city of Austin. Anyone that would like to help, perhaps we could combine our efforts to create a proposal that would work in all of our local cities or states/provinces.
