Where innovators discuss world events and issues like alternative energy

The first mass-produced electric cars were delivered in Australia today.

The Misubishi i-MiEV will be used in government fleets and a few other test fleets to begin with. This seems like a great trend that at least the Japanese have figured out. It looks to me like since Mitsubishi missed the boat on the Hybrid trend, that they are trying to catch up by leapfrogging to electric. I hope it pays off for them, and I think it's about time the American auto makers bring back their electric vehicles. Better hurry GM, you are about to be too late AGAIN.
