Fresh Water in China

As I was doing research for this topic, I remembered a video I posted a while back about a Jean factory polluting right into lakes and rivers in China




Sometimes it's easy to forget developed and developing nations all have Fresh Water issues. Does anyone know how China is doing with respect to protecting their fresh water sources?
