Water Treatment Project in Ghana

While doing research on fresh water projects, I decided to check out GlobalGiving Projects to find out what projects are already going for fresh water in under developed areas.

I found this Ghana project, which is already fully funded but explains how a water treatment facility can make a huge difference in a community.  Finding relatively simple solutions that can help the health and economy of an area seems like a great idea.  I will continue looking for similar projects, and as I learn more, I'd like to start my own project to get fresh water to the people that need it.
